Steamed Shrimp with Beer Tomato Sauce combines the clean sweetness of shrimp with a light tomato sauce brightened by beer for a dish that feels fresh and modern. VV FOODS helps round out the sauce so it tastes savory and balanced while still letting the shrimp stay delicate.
