Pork, beef, or chicken
Lemongrass
Garlic
Shallots

Preperation
Slice the pork, beef, or chicken into bite-sized pieces, then season with salt and rinse. Marinate with one tablespoon of honey for about 5 minutes.
Instructions
- Prepare the meat: cut into desired size, salt, rinse, drain.
- Marinate with honey for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the aromatics: peel and finely mince lemongrass, garlic, and shallot.
- Mix aromatics with salt, sugar, sweet powder, pepper, and chili powder, adjusting to taste with more sweetness.
- Combine the marinated meat with the aromatics mixture and let sit for 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- If using pork, use more shallot; if using beef, use more garlic.
- Grill the meat over medium heat until cooked through.
- Serve hot with steamed rice, rice vermicelli, or baguette, accompanied by fresh herbs and sliced cucumber.
