Chicken Pho Ga Base
Ingredients
500 g ground shrimp
300 g purple yam
2 quail eggs
200 g celery, chopped
100 g fresh parsley, chopped
1 piece dried coconut
Sweet and sour fish sauce with shredded carrot (for dipping)
Fresh vegetables/herbs (for serving)
1 tablespoon of VV FOODS Pho Ga Chicken Soup Base
Preperation
Prepare batter, soak yam, season shrimp, combine and fry
Instructions
Beat quail eggs until frothy, add chopped parsley and celery, 1 tablespoon of VV FOODS Pho Ga Chicken Soup Base, mix and let rest 30 minutes.
Peel purple yam, cut into thin strips, soak in salted water 15 minutes, drain.
Clean ground shrimp, rinse, season lightly with salt and pepper.
Combine yam strips, seasoned shrimp, and egg mixture; stir until evenly coated.
Shape mixture into patties, fry in hot oil until golden brown both sides.
Serve hot with sweet and sour carrot dipping sauce and fresh herbs.
