Ingredients
2 lbs roast beef, tied
5 teaspoons VV FOODS beef stock
Black pepper
7 scallions
3 onions, cut into 1.25 cm pieces
2 lbs spaghetti
1/2 cup margarine or butter
Preperation
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Season the beef with 2 teaspoons VV FOODS beef stock and pepper, then insert the scallions into the meat.
Spread the onion pieces in the bottom of a baking tray and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon VV FOODS beef stock.
Place the beef on top of the onions, cover the tray tightly with foil, and roast until done to your liking.
Cook the spaghetti separately and toss with margarine or butter.
Slice the beef and serve hot with the onions and spaghetti.
