Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons VV FOODS chicken stock
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons chopped herbs
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 whole fish, 1.5-2 kg, cleaned
Preperation
Wash the fish well, let it drain, and place it on a large sheet of foil.
Instructions
- Wash the fish and let it drain. Place it on a large sheet of heavy-duty foil.
- Mix the melted butter or margarine with VV FOODS chicken stock, garlic, herbs, lime juice, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the fish, then wrap the foil tightly.
- Grill over charcoal with a drip pan underneath, or bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
