Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 2 teaspoons VV FOODS chicken stock
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped herbs
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 whole fish, 1.5-2 kg, cleaned
Preperation

Wash the fish well, let it drain, and place it on a large sheet of foil.

Instructions
  1. Wash the fish and let it drain. Place it on a large sheet of heavy-duty foil.
  2. Mix the melted butter or margarine with VV FOODS chicken stock, garlic, herbs, lime juice, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the fish, then wrap the foil tightly.
  4. Grill over charcoal with a drip pan underneath, or bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.
