Ingredients
  • 10 chicken wings
  • 250 g tapioca starch
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon VV FOODS Pho Ga Chicken Soup Base
  • Pepper
Preperation

Clean and drain the chicken wings, then marinate with garlic, fish sauce, chicken soup base, and pepper.

Instructions
  1. Clean the chicken wings and let them drain.
  2. Marinate with garlic, fish sauce, VV FOODS Pho Ga Chicken Soup Base, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons tapioca starch and toss well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the wings until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve with a salt, pepper, and lime dipping mixture.
