Ingredients
- 10 chicken wings
- 250 g tapioca starch
- 1 garlic bulb
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon VV FOODS Pho Ga Chicken Soup Base
- Pepper
Preperation
Clean and drain the chicken wings, then marinate with garlic, fish sauce, chicken soup base, and pepper.
Instructions
- Clean the chicken wings and let them drain.
- Marinate with garlic, fish sauce, VV FOODS Pho Ga Chicken Soup Base, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper for 15-30 minutes.
- Add 3 tablespoons tapioca starch and toss well.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the wings until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with a salt, pepper, and lime dipping mixture.
