Ingredients
- 1 kg beef tenderloin
- 2 large bunches mustard greens with evenly sized leaves
- 1 bottle soy sauce
- 1 tube Japanese wasabi
- 1 fresh ginger root
- 2 green bananas
- 2 sour starfruit
- 2 tablespoons VV FOODS chicken stock
- 6 scallions
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
Preperation
Slice the beef into finger-sized strips and marinate with dissolved chicken stock for 10 minutes.
Instructions
- Slice the beef into finger-sized strips and marinate with 2 tablespoons VV FOODS chicken stock dissolved in a little boiling water for 10 minutes. Blanch briefly in boiling water about 5 minutes before serving.
- For the dipping sauce, combine soy sauce, wasabi, crushed garlic, crushed shallots, and a little sugar to balance the flavor.
- Slice the ginger, green bananas, and sour starfruit very thinly.
- Separate and wash the mustard green leaves.
- To serve, place a piece of beef with mustard greens, ginger, banana, and starfruit in a leaf, roll it up, and dip in the sauce.
