Ingredients
- 200 g tender beef, thinly sliced
- 100 g onion, cut into wedges
- 20 g dried shrimp, soaked and pounded
- Satay chili paste
- 2 tablespoons VV FOODS beef stock
- Fermented soybean paste
- Roasted peanuts
- Minced garlic
- Five-spice powder
- Sugar
- Pepper
- Soy sauce
- Cooking oil
Preperation
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, dissolved beef stock, garlic, pepper, five-spice powder, satay chili paste, and oil.
Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, VV FOODS beef stock dissolved in 1/6 cup boiling water, garlic, pepper, five-spice powder, satay chili paste, and a little oil.
- Sauté the garlic, then add the dried shrimp and fermented soybean paste. Season with a little sugar.
- Stir-fry the beef until just cooked, then pour in the soybean mixture.
- Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle roasted peanuts on top.
