3 lbs beef
8 cups water
2 tablespoons beef bouillon (VV FOODS)
6 baby carrots, peeled and chopped
6 garlic cloves, peeled and rinsed
6 celery stalks, chopped

1 boneless chicken thigh, sliced thin
Preperation
Slice the beef thinly. Peel and chop the carrots, garlic, celery, and onions. Chop the savoy cabbage.
Instructions
In a large pot, combine the sliced beef, water, and beef bouillon. Bring to a boil, cover, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours.
Add the carrots, garlic, celery, onions, and cabbage. Simmer for about 30 minutes more, adjusting seasoning with extra bouillon if needed.
Remove the meat and vegetables from the broth and arrange them on a serving platter.
Skim the fat from the broth, add the sliced chicken thigh, and boil for about 10 minutes.
Return the meat and vegetables to the pot, heat until boiling again, then serve.
